Wow, I forgot how tiring it is to work outside the home full time! I am currently training to be a reservations crew member and I get up at five each morning, leave at six, and get home around 4:30 each afternoon. Then, I get to cook dinner, clean up, put the kids to bed, go to bed myself and get up in the morning to do it all again! I don't tell you this for sympathy. I'll only be in training for a few more weeks and then I'll have a great part-time schedule. I'm just explaining why the lapse in my posts.
I'm sorry I missed Carson's birthday. I will do a post in his honor soon. He certainly deserves it. I'm excited to take advantage of my flight benefits and plan to travel on February 28, which will be the first day I am eligible. Think of it as the light at the end of my tunnel.
So thank you for sticking this out with me. I know the time will come when I can catch up on the Jane Austen movies on Masterpiece and I will be able to tell cute stories of my children once more. Until then, please be patient.

Well, I for one give you my sympathy. I know how less than wonderful training can be. That's great that you will soon have flight benefits. That makes me (just a little) jealous. Maybe you can come here for a visit. We'd love to see you.
You know you can change the time and date stamp and have it look as though you posted on Carson's birthday. I'll have to think about the shade thing for you. I'm working on a quilt right now (for a class I'm taking).
Really, where have you been?
Hello? (tap tap) Is this thing on? Come back Shanda.
