Happy Best Friends Day!

Last night in an attempt to put off going to bed, my daughter Janica told me that tomorrow (today) would be Best Friends Day. Apparently you sing songs, draw pictures, make cards and play games with your best friend. I thought it was cute, but put it out of my mind.

Well this morning Janica jumped right out of bed and told me that today is Best Friends Day. I would like to pass the tidings on to all of you! Be sure to sing your best friends songs, draw pictures for your best friend, make best friend cards and of course, play games with your best friend. I think this afternoon I'll add a best friend treat to the festivities. I'm sure calling your best friend would be an acceptable activity as well, in addition to however your personal beliefs allow you to celebrate this special day.
